📎 The Role
As our VIP Account Manager for Brazil & LATAM, your primary role will be sustaining strong relationships with our high-value customers, fostering customer retention and providing exceptional VIP service.
✅ Your Responsibilities
• Develop and manage client portfolios.
• Craft bespoke retention strategies and execute them.
• Maintain a positive and professional business relationship with clients.
• Manage and monitor customer activity and ensure their concerns and inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to ensure optimum customer service.
• Stay updated with the gaming industry trends to understand the needs of VIP clients.
👀 What You Bring to the Table
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
• Residing in Brazil.
• Experience in the online gaming or gambling industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in a similar role will be a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong networking skills.
