📎 The Role
As our VIP Account Manager Asia, you will act as the primary point of contact for our high-value clients in the Asia region. This role is crucial in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our Asian clientele.
✅ Your Responsibilities
• Manage, sustain and expand relationships with VIP clients in Asia..
• Partner with our sales team to identify new VIP clients and convey client feedback to our product development teams.
• Execute account strategies that maximize the value of WPTG’s offering for our clients.
• Resolve any issues and challenges related to our clients' experience and satisfaction.
• Organize client engagements and networking events within the Asia region.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors in Asia region.
👀 What You Bring to the Table
• Residing in Asia.
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese.
• Extensive experience in customer relationship management, preferably within online gaming or gambling industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding or interest in the online gaming industry in Asia.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

• Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships, especially VIP or high-value clients.
• Experience in Asia’s gaming or gambling industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
