📎 The Role
We are seeking a skilled Game Integrity Analyst with a deep understanding of poker. Your role will be essential to ensuring the fairness and integrity of our games. Familiarity with variations such as Pot Limit Omaha and Short Deck would be a plus.
✅ Your Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze poker games for irregular activities, such as cheating, collusion, chip-dumping, and multi-accounting.
• Leverage data analysis tools to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Provide detailed reports on potential game integrity issues and recommend appropriate actions.
• Stay updated with the latest poker trends, strategies, and terminologies.
• Work closely with the customer support and security teams to address player concerns related to game integrity.
• Collaborate with the security team to enhance security measures and prevent potential threats.
• Investigate the legitimacy of customer accounts by performing OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) checks to validate both newly registered and existing players.
👀 What You Bring to the Table
• Deep understanding of poker; knowledge of variations like Pot Limit Omaha and Short Deck is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role within the online poker industry, specifically in analyzing collusion, multi-accounting, and bonus abuse.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
