📎 The Role
As our Payments Integrations Specialist, you are a key player in our digital tech team responsible for building and optimizing our online payment solutions offering.
✅ Your Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Payments Solution Integration Manager in creating a leading payment solutions offering.
• Master and understand integration manuals for effective configuration, testing, and optimization of different payment methods.
• Liaise with Payment Service Providers (PSP's) and our main gateway provider - PaymentIQ/Devcode, on technical issues.
• Assist in the go-live phase of any new payment method, from testing credentials to putting the method into real-time customer production.
• Investigate and resolve payments-related issues like missing payments or unexpected errors.
• Regularly manage relationships with suppliers from a technical perspective.
• Monitor current and new configurations daily to ensure standard processing activity.
• Provide technical support to customers and help resolve deposit-related issues.
• Regularly liaise with payment providers to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform investigations focused on failed payments, non-receipts, and cancellations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, research findings, and competitive innovations.

• Knowledge and experience with online payment solutions.
• Previous work experience with PaymentIQ/Devcode
• Excellent technical support and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of online gaming or gambling industry.
