- Generate reports that provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate seamlessly with various departments, employing a growth mindset to contribute to the development of a comprehensive VIP program for WPT Global.
- Take responsibility for creating and executing the annual budget and business plan, aligning them with the organisation's growth strategy.
- Lead VIP Managers with a growth mindset, focusing on improving customer service and cultivating lasting relationships to drive sales and customer retention.
- Plan and monitor day-to-day team activities with a strategic vision, ensuring smooth progress toward organisational goals.
- Define and implement departmental policies and procedures to support the overall strategic vision of the organisation.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, address issues, and identify improvement opportunities using advanced tooling.
- Evaluate key performance indicators and VIP customer journey touchpoints, developing strategic goals to achieve sales and retention targets.
- Develop strategic goals for the growth and retention of VIP clients.
- Ensure the team is well-informed about special events and promotions, aligning communication with the broader organisational strategy and vision.
