📎 The Role
As our Director of Marketing, you will define and deliver on the customer experience strategy to achieve a brand offer that’s both unique and aligned with our business objectives. You are instrumental in defining and preserving the brand identity, and in crafting the strategic plan for our brand development and positioning. This role focuses on continually optimising user acquisition via all marketing channels, driving the digital marketing strategy, and sourcing major media opportunities.
✅ Your Responsibilities
• Define and deliver a unique customer experience strategy which aligns with the brand's business objectives.
• Safeguard and build the brand identity, and design a strategic plan that enhances brand development and positioning.
• Continually improve user acquisition through all marketing channels: Affiliate Marketing, UA/PPC, Media, SEO, Streamers, influencers, Forums, etc.
• Oversee digital marketing strategy to evolve commercial objectives and maintain competitiveness.
• Source volume media opportunities through direct publisher deals, networks, media exchanges, email, and lead generation providers, etc.
• Oversee the development and implementation of brand promotions, campaigns, CRM, and customer retention.
• Analyse and improve conversion rates per channel, creative and campaign.
• Evaluate past performance of bonuses and campaigns to manage profitable future campaigns.
• Prepare budgets for campaigns, schemes, initiatives, incentives, and other marketing activities.
• Ensure marketing and commercial practices deliver excellent customer experience.
👀 What You Bring to the Table
• 5 or more years’ experience in a senior marketing role.
• Passion for poker and prior knowledge of the online gaming business.
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
• Experience leading diverse marketing teams.
• Proactive and willing to take on responsibilities in a start-up environment.
• An excellent team player who can collaborate across departments and time zones.
• A high standard of education, such as a degree or similar.
• A mindset oriented towards consistent growth and development.

• Prior experience in online gaming or gambling industry.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of media sourcing.
• High competency in devising marketing strategies and campaigns.
