📎 The Role
As the VIP Account Manager - Canada, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with our VIP clientele, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences with our online platform are positive and memorable. You'll be the primary point of contact for these key accounts, managing queries, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with our internal teams to provide a first-class service.
✅ Your Responsibilities
• Managing VIP clients across our online platform, ensuring their experiences are positive and memorable.
• Nurturing relationships with VIP clientele, interpreting their needs and planning tailored outreach.
• Communicating with VIP clients directly, managing their questions and complaints.
• Collaborating with internal teams, providing feedback and insights from VIP clients.
• Striving to meet and exceed set KPIs focused on client retention and satisfaction.

• Extensive experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the online gaming or gambling industry.
• Demonstrable success in managing VIP or key accounts.
• In-depth understanding of the online gaming or gambling industry and its customer service practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with outstanding problem-solving skills.
